OEM / ODM delivery model

One project workflow from specification to release

We start from your datasheet, GA, standards, ITP, and document index—then lock the workflow in writing.

OEM / Custom Manufacturing

You supply the drawing or datasheet—we manufacture the construction, materials, interfaces, tests, and documents agreed on the PO.

Private Label / Branding

The buyer owns the market-facing brand. The scope adds approved nameplates, marking, colors, packaging and document templates to an agreed product or custom specification.

One project can use both models: OEM defines the technical manufacturing basis, while private label defines how the finished valve is identified and packaged for the buyer's market.

  1. 01

    Requirement review

We consolidate valve type, medium, size, class, materials, standards, drawings, inspection points, and your document index in one requirement review.

  2. 02

    Engineering definition

Construction, trim, sealing, actuation, interfaces, marking and the document list are confirmed before release.

  3. 03

    Sample or first article

For new configs or private-label lines we agree tooling, samples, or first-article inspection before mass production—scope is written on the quote.

  4. 04

    Controlled production

Incoming material, machining, assembly, scoped NDT, and pressure tests follow the requirement set you approved at engineering freeze.

  5. 05

    Documented release

Final marking, packing and the agreed manufacturing record package are checked before dispatch authorization.

Engineering definition

Turn service conditions into a manufacturable valve requirement

We begin with your project spec—FEA, CFD, and calc packages run only if you include them in the technical scope.

Drawing & data-sheet review

Confirm the valve construction and identify conflicts between service conditions, project specifications and requested interfaces.

Material selection support

Align body, trim, seat and sealing materials with pressure, temperature, corrosion, abrasion and low-temperature requirements.

Actuation & accessories

Coordinate manual, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuation with available connection and control requirements.

Manufacturability review

Check dimensions, machining access, welding, assembly and inspection feasibility before production release.

CONTROLLED QUALITY & MANUFACTURING ROUTE

A Controlled 12-Step Valve Manufacturing & QA/QC Route

From engineering freeze through API 598 and MDR, each step has a quality gate, calibrated gear, and a record you can file.

Your approved drawings and ITP govern every stage—we compile hydro, NDT, and material records into the MDR before dispatch.
