Provide valve type, size, class, quantity, medium, pressure, temperature, materials, end connection, actuation, standards, inspection points, documentation, marking, packing and delivery requirements. Attach data sheets or drawings where available.

Can we request drawings and an ITP before order?

Yes. Send the line list or data sheet. SMD confirms dimensions, materials, inspection hold points and the document index during quotation. Controlled drawings are issued against the agreed scope, not as unsolicited public files.

Can we request 2D/3D CAD drawings and an ITP prior to purchase order?

Yes. Upon RFQ submission with design parameters, SMD engineering provides preliminary dimensional GA drawings, EN 10204 3.1 sample records, and a stamped 19-point ITP matrix for EPC technical freeze.
