300LB Carbon Steel WCB Cryogenic Flange Gate Valve is designed for isolation in oil and gas, power generation and industrial process piping. gate construction is aimed at on/off isolation with low pressure drop when fully open; cryogenic detailing covers extended bonnet and low-temperature materials when the duty requires it. Carbon-steel pressure parts suit general hydrocarbon and utility service when corrosion allowance and coating are defined on the data sheet. Typical duties include oil & gas, power generation, chemical processing. Confirm end connection, trim, actuation and inspection scope against the approved project data sheet.

Product FAQ
The catalogue series is DN50-DN1200 (2"-48"), Class 300 / PN50. A single NPS/class line in the notes is a typical working-size snapshot for drawing discussion, not the series limit. Confirm NPS, class, bore and trim against the approved data sheet.
When specified: approved GA drawing, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, hydrostatic/pneumatic test records to the applicable test standard, NDE reports required by the ITP, coating records if painted, and the ITP release note. CAD/STEP models and bilingual datasheets are issued after size, class and trim are frozen — they are not generic public downloads.
Design reference: API 600, API 602. Face-to-face: ASME B16.10. Pressure test / inspection: API 598. NACE, fire-safe or fugitive-emission clauses are quoted only when the purchase specification requires them.
